V:P:Photography Limited, based in Nottingham, is owned and run by Victoria Price BA(Hons). Victoria says:

"Photography has been a love of mine from an early age - I was always taking photos of something! When my grandfather gave me his old analogue camera in my mid-teens, I decided that photography was not only a hobby, but something I wanted to make a living from! I followed my dreams and completed an honours degree at Nottingham Trent University, graduating in 2007. I spend most of my final year working with fashion students, developing my own unique and quirky style for photographing people. When I left University and started my own business, I found that wedding photography is an area that I can be truly creative in. I fist started assisting at weddings with local professionals to give me an idea of how the day should run, and I gained invaluable experience in the process.

Shadowing successful pro's showed me that it was important not only to be a great photographer, but also to offer great customer service to all clients whilst building a good reputation. In 2009, I joined the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers, and I'm currently working towards my first accreditation.

Whilst my style is quirky, colourful and modern, I prize the technical skill that I've learnt through practising traditional photography. Although I now predominantly shoot in digital, my principles are learnt through analogue cameras, so I have a natural eye for a good shot. I love creating beautiful memories for my clients, and for this reason I specialise in lifestyle photography, particularly weddings, portraits and events. In 2010 I introduced a new service - "Love My Dress" - which gives Brides a chance to really show off their amazing gowns in their very own unique fashion-style shoot. This is one of my favourite projects, as I absolutely love wedding and fashion photography - the ideal mix for me!

Because photography is not only a job - it's my passion too! - I'm incredibly relaxed as a photographer. My aim is to capture you being you; I know the best way for this to happen is for you to be completely comfortable and around someone who can set your mind at ease. This helps me to make you look your best, so even if you think you don't look good in photos, I'll do my best to prove you wrong!"

V:P:Photography will travel across the East Midlands, being based in Nottingham, but equally happy to travel to any UK location if required.
